Destiny Davis, Playboy's Miss January of 2005,has a home in Las Vegas, Is one of six properties deemed "forfeitable" in a fresh court filing by US prosecutors. American authorities may seize the properties as part of its busting of the country's three biggest poker websites PokerStars, Full Tilt Poker and Absolute Poker in a nation where online gambling is deemed illegal. Four other homes are thought to be owned or connected to Ray Bitar, a founder of Full Tilt.
Ms Davis, who is described as a "buxom blonde bombshell", wed Chad Elie at Las Vegas's Little Church of the West on April 16 hours after he was named as one of 11 defendants in a US indictment seeking the repayment of $3 billion.
He pleaded not guilty to all charges and was released on $250,000 bail secured against three signatories, including that of his new wife. The supplemental court filing names 5079 Mountain Top Circle, a gated community in Las Vegas, as one of the six properties. According to local records, the property was bought last year by Ms Davis for $1.5m.
Described as a "payment processor", Mr Elie, 31, was charged with nine offences, including bank fraud – a charge carrying a maximum penalty of 30 years in prison.
