This, while Britain is in a deep recession and recently slashed $130 billion in spending and about 500,000 public sector jobs.
Maybe the Queen should pay for it herself like poor people do, she is worth a few billion.
The royal couple will be wed at Westminster Abbey Friday, April 29, 2011.
